What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to customize what type of meeting you want - viewing only to fully interactive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you are screen sharing, it can be hard to see other participants easily
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Worth it if you have a lot of employees who work remotely.

Zoom offers intuitive if somewhat limited features

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is intuitive and very easy to use. That's particularly important when dealing with end users of varying technical abilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Clarity of video and audio.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Tremendous difficulty installing and connecting the mobile app on my smartphone. Joining with one tap mobile is also inconsistent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom works very well for hosting and recording meetings. File share seems to be somewhat limited but if your team needs a reliable method to communicate virtually, Zoom offers a low cost, intuitive platform.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is easy to use, and allows me to do everything I want in a meeting. The share screen feature is especially useful to show coworkers the things I am referencing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoom is the screen share feature and the background filter for people that need to cover up a distracting background.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is honestly nothing to dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would strongly recommend Zoom to all of my business colleagues. It helps me get so much accomplished.
