What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has unique features like, waiting room, permission to record the meetings, permission to share the screen can be set by the host.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Anyone can join the meeting by using the zoom app. There is an awesome feature for the host. Host can mute any one in the meeting or mute all the participants by just one click. Host can record the meeting. Host can enable a waiting room.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The limitation for free meetings is just 40 minutes that I don’t like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend users to use zoom because of the awesome features that zoom had. Host has most of all the controls and host can make other people to host also. It is also easy to use. Users can schedule the meetings for the past and invite the guest for the meeting.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Something very particular and extremely useful and characteristic of Zoom is its recording system that is of good benefit since at the end of a session it offers variety in terms of notes, videos and audios which is processed and archived immediately.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Zoom offers the option of conducting a video conference with clients from anywhere and instantly. It is simple, versatile and intuitive to access and use for clients willing to initiate web conferences of limited duration. Its device system is capable of transforming and emitting signals by a wide variety of electronic mechanisms: desktop computers, tablets, iOS and Android phones.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is uncomfortable that the free version has some restrictions such as user limitations, and meeting duration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Recommend Zoom is an easy-to-use application with basic practical virtues necessary when it comes to video conferencing and web meetings.

It has quality image and audio and is easy to use. The tool allows for virtual backgrounds and offers a variety of meeting settings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Chat need to get a little advanced.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Due to Covid, this is one of the best tool for video conferences and calls. Zoom helps to organize meetings, chat, and schedule calls for the entire company and keep everyone connected
