What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is different form similar products like Google meet and GoTo meetings as it is widely used by educational idustry, Meet is used by company and corporate meetings whereas Goto meetings is used by non conventional mediums to host presentations. It is a collaborative meeting tool with whitebiard to jam up discussion

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature I like the most is it don't require to download app compulsorily. we can use desktop agent or also a web based tool. it keeps the process easy and also time saving.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is still no way to mark the authencity of a joiner / participant, like Google meet allows to enter a participant only it it from their own workplace. Also whiteboard which allows anybody to draw in between screen which should be controlled by host

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is best tool for hosting a family discussion and also to support remote meetings and study materials. It allows screen share safely and no data is breached

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is very simple to use platform where the primary focus has been given on easing the usability for fantastic customer experience and achieving good quality audio and video capability. Zoom gets full marks as it does not need any account to create a conference session. This is fully free of cost and the session can last upto 40 minutes with capacity of 100 members at a time. Futhermore, it can be integrated with apps like Outlook and facilitate quick communication between the team, especially during the pandemic times.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being a technical person, I think given the fact the Zoom uses end to end encryption, the date can be securely transmitted and decrypted when it has reached the recipient. There are regular security paths applied by the vendor thus reflecting the focus on ensuring protection against vulnerabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of File Transfer capability is the top area where Zoom needs to improvise over time. Besides this, there are features like chatting that needs tremendous improvement as the other platforms like Teams have much enriched capabilities keeping aside the audio video conferencing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For any organization that is willing to buy a tool for team collaboration, primarily for audio-video communication, Zoom can be a great fit as the user friendliness will save a lot of cost in terms of training and let users leverage the conferencing to its best for bridging the gap of not being co-located.

I loved the video auto-recording feature.

I dislike the price range

I would want cheaper versions or may be more discounts for students.
