I have always used it and I think it just looks and feels more professional.

When the conference is recorded, the recorder can see private chat.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just know that your private messages will be saved during a recording

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I've never used anything else than zoom and it's the best i've ever used. Saved my life so many times in this pandemic.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That you can share screen and make little study group in different room. I love the remotre control too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That it's so easy to forget the mute bouton and that people can hear you while it's on. I dislike that my features are not automatically saved. I have to connect my mic and my cam everytime.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's really easy for study group. The remote control feature of the other person, screen is also awesome while you work with customers.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
What differentiates Zoom from other products is its easy-to-use interface, which anyone of any age can use and doesn't require extensive training. Apart from that, the webinar features are great and you find almost every feature that you need. The knowledge base is pretty helpful too and you can get answers to your questions very easily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favourite aspect would be video calling itself. The controls and interface is a delight to use, especially screen sharing and audio controls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The admin interface can be a little confusing at times. Managing users is not always easy as the options are usually hidden somewhere.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say, definitely go for it. There aren't such well-rounded products available in the market.
