The way the video images are digitally encoded and decoded, altered and adjusted, patched and synthesized introduces all kinds of issues: blocking, freezing, blurring, jerkiness.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
During the pandemic, we have used multiple video conferencing and unified messaging solutions to run our business and team collaborations. Zoom is a leader in video conferencing solutions and provides a high-quality service. It is simple to use and even a non-technical person can use it without any additional training. It has almost all the features such as messaging, screen sharing, and document sharing for easy communications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The overall quality of the solution is great. It provides high-quality audio and video communications among the team members. It is very simple to use, you can just install it on your mobile or desktop/laptop and start working.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the audio quality is not up to the mark and requires some improvements. The pricing for small and mid-sized organizations might be a challenge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
zoom is a very well and reputed video conferencing and unified solution in the market. You can use it without a second thought.

Not all features are present in the mobile version, such as writing in the whiteboard and sharing files
