What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom Meetings and Webinars are two platform elements. Zoom Meetings, like WebEx Training Center, has breakout room features. Zoom meeting connector allows for on-premise bridging of all Zoom traffic. (In low-bandwidth scenarios, Zoom works better overall.) Multiple guests can share their screens at the same time using the virtual background feature. Breakout Rooms allow a single conference to be divided into smaller groups.

What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a few flaws with the mobile version that need to be addressed while using it, most notably sound issues. Frequently, the user is unable to hear the host. On the user's end, there is no problem, but it would be nice if there was a change so that users could access the meetings and webinars without interruption.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have to confess that having a separate interface for the technical department with unique views and commands would be life-changing, especially given their importance.

only thing that differentiate is we can use this tool for connectivity and interaction with the people outside the organization
