What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is an exceptional from other vendors since it is simple tool but it does mega functions under one package. It is the existing software leading in rich video and audio Web conferencing services for global connection anytime. It allows file sharing and we oftenly use it to host free online business meetings, it guarantees maximum encryption on communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its flexibility across wide range of Internet enabled devices such that all intended participants afford to join the meeting sessions any time. It host meetings for free. It guarantees its availability all times.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing since it meets both my business communication needs and personal ones
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would just advise them to pick it and implement it ASAP, its worth it.

Zoom is the best I have used through this may have changed since the move to teams, we only stopped using as teams had become so prominent

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a free video calling platform. It has rich and user friendly features like screen sharing that is beneficial for online meetings, classes etc. The paid plans are affordable starting from $14.99. the quality image and audio is one of the main reasons it differs from other video calling platforms. The features like Virtual background make it more interesting for users. The screen sharing quality is amazing and smooth. The link sharing is pretty easy and anyone with the link can join the video call. The conference call feature allows more than 10+ people to join the video call. It is compatible with different OS.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
During these harsh time Zoom has brought allot of people together from their amazing video calling platform just by sitting in their houses. They can reach allot out to their friends. It also has given students to cover their studies online. Even in the business sectors the meetings and other issues can be solved over on Zoom.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Requires a fast internet connection and has less stability. The mobile app for IOS has a poor audio quality and some voice lag occurs. The mobile platform is not as good compared to the web platform. Has privacy concerns and overall security issues. The customer support isn’t that good and doesn’t provide adequate support. The chat box in the app and the web platform has space for a lot of improvement. The chat box and the video call show be in a single panel so the interface is easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is a free video calling platform.it enables employees to work remotely from their homes. Everyone should try it at least once.
