What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The webinar capabilities are excellent and far more intuitive than competitors and most organizations are already using or have access to Zoom, so there is little to no disruption when scheduling meetings with end clients or prospects. Zoom is also not very expensive and is easily managed by admin groups, which saves a lot of extra effort that other tools require.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To be honest, the functionality of Zoom is my favorite feature. It integrates with Slack and Outlook, it's simple to use even for non-techies, the desktop app is great for reminding you of upcoming meetings and making it easy to schedule through Outlook, Gmail, or another calendar, and the Zoom settings while in a meeting are simple to use as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom should make it easier for the main speaker to be the main character, and the size of the screen should allow them to be larger rather than smaller than the rest of the meeting attendees. This is not possible in the speaker or gallery views.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, I was able to strengthen customer relationships, which was critical during the pandemic. The ability to stay connected with each other allows me to keep growing my business and moving forward. I would strongly advise you to use Zoom.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Robust and fast connectivity. Clear audio even in low bandwidths. Very easy to install and also can be used without installation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Video calls with a ease. Rich options in a group meeting. Can connect from any device on any platform anytime.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the refresh in video quality is average even in high bandwidths.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great product and a revolutionary product which changed the game for work from home scenario to the entire world.
