What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has made it so simple to host meetings with all of our staff and volunteers. We've also used it to conduct candidate interviews. Having the ability to go back and listen to the audio or watch the video playback has been critical in taking notes on things we may have missed while holding candidate interviews.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is a high-quality Web Conferencing and Unified Communications solution. It enables me to host and attend meetings with ease, especially in pandemic situations. Even if the attendee has a slow internet connection, the audio and video quality is excellent. I also like how simple and easy-to-use Zoom is because we didn't have to implement any kind of strict training to get people up to speed with Zoom.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe two things should be improved. First, the software should be optimized or refined so that it can function properly even when the internet connection is slow. When the internet connection is slow, voice breaks are common. Second, the mobile interface should be made more user-friendly. It is quite difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The availability of Zoom on so many platforms/devices is fantastic. There are no incompatibilities. People can use Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android. I like that I can access it from my phone or computer. I enjoy being able to screen share and annotate on the screen. Overall I had an amazing experience with this tool and suggest others to use it.

Zoom outshines its competitors due to its flexibility and security measures. Zoom has rolled out a lot of features that make it the go-to for professional meetings and public-facing webinars.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom has to be the ability to livestream and record webinars at the same time. It is essential that we have digital record of our webinar meetings, so it is helpful that we can have the stream outputting into multiple locations at once.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one thing I dislike about Zoom is the censored emails of translators during webinar meetings. It makes it difficult to tell who the assigned translator is during that specific moment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Zoom for someone who needs a robust solution to video conferencing and webinar meetings. Zoom has a lot of ability to customize the product, which makes it the go-to for the industry. If you're looking for something way more simple and for video conferencing only, you might be better off with Google Meets.
