What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

We use Zoom across our organization as a video conferencing solution between our multiple offices and with our various business partners and vendors. Zoom enables users to share their screen, view multiple participants (sometimes), and it is integrated into our conference rooms, it is utilized on laptops and mobile devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the capability of having break-out rooms. Even though I don't use them very often, it is nice to have them available if the right situation presents itself for smaller group chats. The recording quality is better than I have experienced with other products (Microsoft Teams, WebEx, etc.), and the fact that it is already an MP4, so I don't have to convert it for publishing on our intranet is huge to me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Security needs to be strengthened as there have been cases where people got locked out of their accounts Pricing is expensive when compared to the competition When meeting participants are 100+ there are occasional stutters and audio lag.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is perfectly suited for web calls with sales reps presenting a demo to a prospective client. It is really beneficial to be able to see your client's face and also be able to share your screen to show content and info.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has always felt more reliable than other softwares to me. Desktop app is great.

Zoom is the best I've used for video conferencing.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The webinar features are great and considerably more responsive than rivals, and because most firms already use or possess exposure to Zoom, coordinating sessions with staff individuals or candidates is minimally disrupted. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom must simplify things for the primary presenter to become the center of attention, and also the display size must permit him to be bigger than the majority of the conference members. Within presenter or exhibition views, this is not feasible.
