What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Advanced screen sharing file screen sharing allows to work in a team seamlessly .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best part is you can record the meeting on cloud and can further download it in the computer .
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dull interface and white screen is sometimes not suitable for eyes to work for long hours . Dark theme selection could be a better option .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall the products is good and allows a team to work together .

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
You can host your conferences as and when you please or schedule them, that opens up a lot of settings for you to configure. You’ll be able to permit video for only the host or all the participants. You’ll be able to change the waiting area, which is unbelievably helpful because there are several instances of individuals connecting meetings without being invited by entering random meeting Ids. The waiting room makes it so anyone who joins the meeting must look ahead to the host to allow them to participate first. This can be a wonderful security measure that no alternative conferencing software has added to their client.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It’s terribly user-friendly. I prefer that I can send emails and receive emails about the date and time of the conferences. It’s a straightforward interface, anybody can use it. We can meet, record, create quizzes, and chat. Excellent set of tools needed for virtual meetings and webinars. Zoom is the winner because of its simplicity and reliability the user can adapt very easily. Zero downtime of lag.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom can have some minor glitches at times. It’s going to be the wifi signal however it is a difficulty on both sides of the conference. One thing I’d wish to be added to zoom has a feature to disable the gallery view for the participants and not the host, permitting the host to solely see those with the camera on.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom in the future and also the way to go. Once using it we are completely passionate about zoom and consider how we’ve been doing it without zoom.
