Provides a ton of features, but tricky to use.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom provides several more features than other vendors such as private rooms and ability to control who can see your messages. The platform is great for students, participants in online events and hackathons as well as professionals for online meetings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The features provided by the vendor as well as the range of control of the host on the participants provides a great usability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As the company keeps on adding more and more features to the application, the interface has became quite tricky to use and get used to. A bit more of a straightforward interface would be appreciated by the company in the future.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product is great for personal or professional use. The premium subscription enables a ton of addition features which are extremely useful for managing meetings and having a finer control over participants.

Fantastic Product but less secure

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has very powerful features as compared to other products by Google or Microsoft. Zoom is in this industry for a very long time and has developed a product with good speed and easy-to-use features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoom is detecting the background for the green screen. No other software is that quick and good
What do you dislike most about this product?
Security can be increased. Sometimes hackers enter the meeting room and there is no option to permanently kick them out as they are able to change names and hide from you easily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider Zoom for live meetings, and video/screen sharing if you need speed and easy-to-use functionality. If you're looking for a more secure option, Zoom still have a lot of problems.
