What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It has very good video conferencing and audio and video calls features, we do our daily stand-ups with the video on with the Zoom software and ensure all the participants give there voice to the respective daily tasks going on

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Video call featuring and easy to share the content from the system and also the background settings to blur the background while on video calls

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video bar keeps on overlap with the system and its really bit irritating while sharing the screen as it frequently overlaps with the screen share.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

More background settings to blur the background while on video calls.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is the most popular tool for conducting online meetings and video conferencing compared to it's alternatives. Has wide range of features and functionalities compared to it's alternatives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is a better for screen sharing. Zoom bring all communication under one roof through video conferencing feature. It's simple to make and receive HD video and audio calls. It's simple to send instant messages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Meeting break-off as a result of unstable internet connection is the only drawback I experience with Zoom.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is a highly ranked and glorified solution for video conferencing and online meetings that anyone should consider having.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It has it all. Even the free entry-level package is great for small businesses and start-ups (be mindful of the call timer though). Breadth of functionality is strong with this tool so you won't be disappointed on sheer capabilities. Having said that, and especially as a result of the global covid pandemic, the market is awash with similar tools. Zoom still holds its own in this space though.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sheer functionality. As an end-user it can do everything you'd expect it to and more. Conference audio/video quality is near faultless, in app-functionality around messaging, screen sharing, document sharing is excellent. This is a very accomplished piece of software for conferencing needs. The launch and initial adoption process is super easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the UI is slicky laid out, the work-flow and user-intuitiveness is not as good as some other tools I have used. Why? Well it can appear overwhelming, cluttered, busy and poorly thought out in terms of presenting the wealth of functionality and letting you be able to use it to meet your requirements. Especially on first implementation. Of course, things become easier with time and experience but on first usage it can appear to be an overly complex tool to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

At first adoption Zoom appeared to be more powerful, more feature-rich and more stable than our incumbent tool (Cisco Webex). And while it still is a very capable piece of software, the market is now flooded with alternatives that can offer the same if not more. While Zoom is still a heavy-hitter in this space, I would recommend looking at other solutions (Google Meet is a great option) which offer similar functionality but with a less cluttered user interface or beneficial price/performance ratio.
