In just a few steps it is possible to establish video connections with great quality and efficiency. Its simple interface allows the tool to be easy to understand and great for connecting people without major obstacles.

The simple and intuitive interface allows you to quickly learn how to use the tool and its features without difficulty.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The resources used were efficient, and at the moment I have no negative points to report.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Efficient tool for video calls, meetings and conferences. It caters very well to a simpler connection experience, allows interaction via chat and control of participants and guests. The basic version offers an efficient experience, but there are limitations on call time and number of participants. It is worth getting to know this tool.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

To hold conference calls with business partners and clients, we rely on Zoom. Using Zoom is a good way to make human connections more personal than they would be on the phone. It enables our clients to conduct face-to-face meetings of 60 to 40 minutes and to charge a fee for any meeting longer than 40 minutes. Free alternatives like Microsoft Teams are far superior. Apps are another area where Zoom falls short of competing platforms, as there are simply fewer and inferior options available on Zoom. In addition, the apps they do have are plagued by compatibility issues with Zoom. Compared to the free platforms, it has a very limited set....

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Break-out rooms are something I'd like to have. Even though I don't use them very often, having them on hand for smaller group chats is convenient. Annotation support on a whiteboard. It's compatible with smartphones, computers, and even conference rooms. Thats is great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not sure if this is possible in Zoom Rooms, but the use of Microsoft's "Content Cameras" would be a nice addition (maybe it already exists). I don't like the look of it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When I'm using Outlook to plan meetings, this feature comes in handy. It's so easy to use with my calendar. In my company, the most common scenario for quick phone calls is when someone has a computer issue. Using Zoom, you can establish a remote connection to the computer in question and run remote diagnostics to check its settings. You can begin downloading software after verifying that the correct settings are in place.
