What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
We can hold one-on-one meetings for fast discussions as well as large meetings with up to 100 participants using Zoom. We arranged our meetings as recurring from the beginning because we work on a tight schedule, so there is no need to waste time organizing or postponing them. ZOOM, unlike other programs, assisted us in dealing with the pandemic in the best way possible. We can work in Zoom without having to switch between numerous windows, which might be time consuming. The best feature of Zoom is screen sharing, which allows us to share our window with others to work on resolving faults we encounter, especially on mobile devices.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When it comes to scheduling meetings, Zoom is wonderful and simple to use. It works well for organizations of all sizes, with several options available depending on the size of your team and the services you require. Zoom allows you to specify not only the day, time, and duration of your appointment, but also the time zone. This is useful if your meeting participants are from another nation and you want to organize the meeting at a time that is convenient for them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You may not get everything right at first, but after two or three uses, you will have gained experience. When you're working for lengthy periods of time or attending meetings, the interface is a little dull, and the white background can hurt your eyes. Background templates and photos don't always function as well as they should, especially in low light.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To use Zoom, you must have a strong internet connection because it relies heavily on the internet to handle video and audio. Also, make sure you have a device with the proper settings to ensure that the meeting runs smoothly; this may be an area where you can improve.
