What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

During COVID-19, Zoom was the program that made my job more convenient. Zoom still allows me to work from home, and since Zoom provides a solution for everything, there are no obstacles to accomplishing any activity. When we're working together on any topic, we don't need to maintain 4-5 programs open at once because we can access them all on Zoom without any trouble. Our staff also specializes in new employee orientation programs, and we are able to offer our programs through Zoom. When we encounter unusual issues, screen-sharing is quite helpful for sharing our displays, job programs, codes, and even our phones.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I value Zoom because: 1. I can record meetings and immediately save them on the cloud. 2. When recordings are stored, links are immediately shared. 3. Specifies how the meeting may be "dismissed" or "adjourned." 4. The finest part of all is that it works flawlessly on PCs, mobile devices, and tablet computers. The user interface has always been clean-looking. It is pretty simple and intuitive to use. Additionally, I always get calls when using Zoom and I've never experienced any issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For me, there are no drawbacks to the zoom program, and so far, there isn't anything I dislike about it; on the contrary, the software continues to wow me at every meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Prior to Zoom, I utilized Google Meets and had several problems, including recording and shared whiteboarding. Since switching to Zoom, I have discovered a plethora of advantages. Learn about all the applications that can be used with Zoom and all the features it presently offers. Your career and life will be made easier as a result. What are you waiting for to use Zoom?

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Shcedule meetings by looking the available time for other attendees. Provides notifications to dismiss or snooze meeting. Share the screen while presenting and allow another side person to have remote access to your pc.it can be used from computers,cell phones and tablets, without presenting major problems. The software has free version and paid version.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability for one to send personal message during the meeting on the platform. The meetings are pretty solid in A/V clarity so the communication is awesome. It's excellent interface for working with colleagues through screen share. It handles network very nicely even if there are 100+ users for one meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When using the mobile version, sometimes if you receive a call,even if you don't answer ,the volume of the zoom app goes down and you have to exit the application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get familiar with all app that get configured with zoom and all the functions zoom currently has , it will definitely make your job and life much easier.
