What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The fact that Zoom offers so much for free is in itself a good product that differentiates itself from other similar ones

Whiteboard, share screen and file sharing!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The 30 minute time limit. Maybe should've been 1 hour!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it. It can't hurt if it's free.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It is really easy to use, especially when using it for the first time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How quick and easy it is to set up meetings and how user-friendly it is for first-time users. Throughout the pandemic, I found this really helpful with the kids and using it for online classes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was some functionality similar to Microsoft Teams, where you can use it for instant messaging outside of the meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is good and easy to use, but if you want more than just video conferencing, then I would look at other alternatives.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is the best product for audio video meeting and webinars. Being educationist and International education expert I use Zoom on daily basis for International webinars. Its audio and video quality is fantastic and screen sharing feature also works great. Zoom can not be comparaed from other similar products due to its unique features and controls. We can interact hundreds of people at a time through this wonderful product while other similat products allow limited number of psrticipants for audio or video meetings or webinars. Its control features work very well. In short it is a complete software for audio video meetings or webinars.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom software has number of effective features and tools. We can integrate with other multiple apps through this wonderful product. Being educationist I take help of Kahoot application while doing the assessment of students and educators. So Zoom software is well integrated with other applications. My favourite aspect is online video meetings without interruptions. Its control and permission features also work very effectively. In large class rooms these control features work very well to mute the audiance. Screen sharing and live chat are my other favourite features of this wonderful product. I can not simply compare it with othet products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom is overall a fantastic product but even then we have some issues that may be improved. The first thing i don't like, it is the limit of participants. Maximum number of participants may be allowed to join online sessions. We can not invite hundreds of participants at one time because it has some limitation. The second thing i dislike, it is its audio quality. Sometimes there is distortion or the voice breaks that irritates to much and kill the purpose. Thirdly its premium version is very costly. This product is very useful and it must be make available for all with the lowest cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is an extra ordinary product. It is best for audio and video quality. It handles the participants very well. This is the only product in the market that facilitates maximum participants for online audio video meetings even in free version. It even gives 40 to 45 minutes live meeting time in free version but the quality is excellent and all features work marvellous. Its screen sharing feature and live chat features also work very well. Controls and permission features work great. Being educationist i highly recommend this product of small, medium and big organizations.
