What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is very easy to use. Just create account and quickly schedule a meeting as it would not ask you for many details while scheduling a quick meeting. Integrates very well with the outlook. Generates an email automatically that can be sent as an invite to the other users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Scheduling the meetings is very easy. So many features like: including background in the video, claiming or assigning the meeting host etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't dislike anything about this product yet. Very easy to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Doesn't matter if your organization is big or small. This is the best video conferencing tool. Free version also comes with max. 30 minutes of call duration so that would suffice the needs. You can also interact during the calls via chat option. Or even share your screen to demonstrate something.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom can be integrated with Microsoft OneDrive and Dropbox to share content. We can host meetings of up to 100 people and group meetings can be up to 40 minutes. Also, calls cannot be recorded. Support for multi-language
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
App quite intuitive, easy and practical to use. It is a great tool for courses and meetings.I can connect multiple people without crashing. Some cool options for meeting like raise your hand, clap your hands and give it a go. I can stream photos and videos
What do you dislike most about this product?
It worked very well but has been having problems with the audio, out of nowhere I can't hear anyone, they listen to me, I have to leave and come back from the meeting again, this is very unpleasant.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very good and useful, both on the computer or on the cell phone. It can be used for professional meetings, at church, between friends and family, classes and much more. In short, it brings us closer to others.
