What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom provides a great experience with loads of features. The feature which differentiates it from other products is the ability to take control of the other individual's shared screen, which is quite helpful while collaborating on a project.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The UI and seamless experience that the product provides.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although the app is quite good, it lacks customer service support, making it cumbersome while resolving your issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an excellent alternative for communication services.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I have used various other online video communication products. Still, the thing that makes zoom different is the feature to share and take control of the screen of the other individual. It makes collaborating on extra stuff relatively easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The UI and the customization options which the product provides
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although the app is quite good, the only thing I dislike about it is the customer support service which sometimes becomes quite cumbersome while resolving your issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly advise this product to my peer looking for a product to communicate and collaborate with their peers.

Easy to use interface and has all the features you could ask for!

I love being able to have breakout rooms within a larger meeting, as well as a virtual whiteboard.
