Zoom is the gold standard. They have a ton of integrations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and reliability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish that you could have multiple meetings going at the same time as a user. Sometimes I get double booked and a recurring meeting needs to be started/hosted by somebody else.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out for free and then decide. Look around at other options.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The fact that the video quality of Zoom is far superior than any other product. Esp as an innovator with customizable backgrounds, facial touch up etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That we look so much better on zoom, lol :)
What do you dislike most about this product?
That it is a little pricey.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I like to keep track of what is being said in a meeting and Zoom is able to transcribe my meeting's audio and import the transcription into a .VTT file
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Touch up my appearance feature lets me smooth out my skin, removes dark circles under the eyes and beautifies my face, all with the help of AI that works just right
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom allows me to turn off my camera and microphone when joining a meeting to avoid disruptions. However, doing it manually takes some time
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Among all available video conferencing apps, I find Zoom to be the best video conferencing app that has become an instant hit in business and educational institutionals
