Smooth in video calls

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom voice calls help nail down the details of a project by talking them through with teammates. Conference calls and private calls help ensure the team is working smoothly
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Built-in Instant Messaging tool. We use it to send quick text-based messages to one person or start a text-based conversation with multiple people. Ability to share files, my desktop, a PowerPoint presentation and even other applications
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since it allows us to share files securely, it should also provide complete sharing with automatic version control where we can even view clear audit trails of user actions
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom utilises Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology. In order to hear and be heard in a meeting, participants will need a headset with a built-in microphone

The best platform for virtual meetings.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has a high audio and video quality. Joining meeting with zoom is just so easy. Learning how to use the platform was very easy. It also integrates easily with a wide range of email servers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom was a really big part in transitioning to virtual meetings. Before COVID 19 we were big on physical meetings. So changing to virtual was a bit challenging. We found zoom as a very convenient and easy to use platform and it made the transition smoother.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app. Though convenient, it could be better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a wonderful tool for small to mid size organizations whose employees are working remotely. It gives the employees the opportunity to easily connect and have sessions.
