What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is an amazing conferencing tool. Depending on what your organization requires, Zoom offers an amazing team collaboration experience.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom integrates with maybe every major app I use at work and this includes apps like Google Drive , and Slack. A major benefit of this broad integration is how we've been able to bring the Zoom experience into third party software environments. This is been most practical with Slack, which is very important for everyday team communication but whose screensharing and video conferencing quality does not meet our expectations. In this case, we have simply integrated Slack with Zoom , thus leading to our ability to initiate Zoom meetings directly from the Slack software environment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I feel Zoom is incredibly easy to use on all platforms, and maybe this contributes to its large adoption by a lot of professionals too. Which in itself has been beneficial for me, because it turns out that the majority of external collaborators that I work with, have Zoom installed either on their phones or on their computer. Leading to better collaboration and communication, without encountering the barrier of learning how to use a new meeting software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Video conference transcriptions on Zoom have failed to meet my expectation. As a result of the Zoom transcription struggling with non-cultural english accents, such as mine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is my preferred choice for video conferencing. Although , it has its pitfalls in areas like transcription , its benefits however far outweighs its limitations.
