I was looking for a program that would allow me to schedule meetings from anywhere at any time, but I wasted a lot of time doing so; all of the programs I tried had drawbacks, such as security, UI issues, and being difficult to use. However, Zoom is the ideal tool for our requirements. It contains everything we require for meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that they work to ensure that the connection is clear and that everyone has a seamless meeting; I enjoy the fact that I can rate the conversation and provide feedback in real time. The ability to share presentations to improve communication skills makes Zoom a must-have tool for every organization that needs to communicate with employees or consumers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Throughout our meeting, we mute and unmute participants so they can provide comments. It's a little more difficult to get everyone to unmute now that Zoom has removed the "Unmute all" button. There is still an unmute request, but it is concealed and needs the participant to select yes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I appreciate how simple Zoom is to use. I appreciate the ability to record sessions and share them with people who were unable to attend. I really like how you may include documents for those who will be attending the meeting. Zoom allows us to gather all of our employees in the comfort of their own homes, minimizing travel time and miles to our office.
