What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Very simple to use and the user interface is clean and transitions smoothly as you use the product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It does it's job and has some extra features that allow you to control larger groups of users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it seems like people struggle to get into meetings. This could also be a user error.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Play around with it and get to know the features and functionality of it all. Once you know what you're doing, it gets a lot more efficient and effective.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
There are a lot of video conferencing solutions on the market, but Zoom is tried and true; it's reliable and incredibly simple to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Anyone in the company can use it without having to make an account to join a meeting. It's also as easy on clicking the invite link and joining. So simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks some more advanced features that we would like to see. Like advanced data collection and responses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom has proven itself over these last few years. It's simple, easy, and a no-nonsense video conference application that gets the job done without any fancy bells-and-whistles.
