What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom comes with breakout sessions, which we leverage to split viewers ( for instance clients or employees) into smaller groups for webinars trainings, specific topics or online discussions. Zoom’s chat utility also lets attendees directly communicate with the host.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can record meetings in two clicks with Zoom and also capture audio, video, chat and screen sharing activity. After the video meeting ends, the recording is automatically saved to my local computer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We can only display up to 49 participants in a single screen of the gallery view. Calling into Zoom line is easy but expensive. The dial-in numbers are available based on whether the host has subscribed to an audio conferencing plan or not

Zoom is a premium solution that is designed to take your business communications to the next level. The enhancements to the Zoom platform on free and paid tiers give it a slight edge over the other solutions.

Zoom makes it easy to connect with team members and clients from anywhere, as long as there's an internet connection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom is a great product for video conferencing and virtual meetings. There is nothing to dislike about it.

Zoom offers features like screen sharing, virtual whiteboards, and recording, which help to increase productivity and collaboration during meetings.

The platform's ability to handle large scale webinars with up to 1000 attendees, has been critical for us to communicate effectively with our stakeholders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is its ability to provide high-quality audio and video communication, even when the network connection is not the best. This is especially important in our line of work, where we often have to communicate with team members in remote locations with limited internet access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only issue I have encountered with Zoom is that, at times, the app can become unresponsive or crash during large meetings. However, this has become increasingly rare as the platform continues to improve and update.
