What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a great video conference software. It's really simple to use and the features are easy to understand even for beginners.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use. It's very easy to get started with using Zoom. Every feature is easy to get to and use without needing any sort of training.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The annual cost. It's a bit pricey, but it's very useful for any business
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Buy the paid version of Zoom if you're really serious about having great sales calls

The video conferencing capability is in fact the best in class. Also the facilitation support is also the best. Love the breakout rooms and how they are setup
