What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Great, simple-to-use site that's appropriate for any sort of gathering, formal or otherwise; flexible scheduling makes it a great place to work on a variety of projects. In my line of work, it's a fantastic way to cut down on travel time without sacrificing the personal touch. Likewise, distance from a foreign place is no reason to avoid visiting loved ones. Just fantastic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The stability and dependability of Zoom is unquestioned. As far as I am aware, there have been no outages or fluctuations in video or audio quality during conferences using this software, despite the fact that it is by far the most widely used video conferencing platform in the world. I should also point out that Zoom is compatible with almost all of the programs I use at work. This paves the way for me to more easily communicate with my coworkers by using the same programs that they do.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Audio can be tricky depending on how you have your conference rooms set-up. When using at home or at a desk, this is not an issue, but in conference rooms with in-room audio connected to the presenting computer, there can be echo. This is mostly user-caused and can be easily fixed, but it is something that has come up more than once. Some users have trouble figuring out how to mute or turn their camera off, and the web conference client at times requires refreshing when it doesn't launch initially.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to business video conferencing and meetings, Zoom is among the greatest options available. Screen sharing, annotation, a user-friendly design, and the ability to share resources have all been invaluable to me in my work in a remote workplace with coworkers and peers located in different time zones and continents.
