What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
We are using Zoom to have all hands meeting with the all company stuff especially recording capability for us is great
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It’s prompting users before the recording, for privacy and GDPR rules it’s making everyone more comfortable
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes we need zoom to be functional in browser as good as it’s full potential as an app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I’d recommend everyone to use this tool especially not the free version to see the real capabilities.

Ease of use, widespread adoption, mature product.

For the most part it just works, everyone knows it and has it installed already.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost is high for those who only use it a few times a year.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Unless you are buying in large quantity don't waste your time looking at alternatives. Zoom is by far the most refined product in the market.
