What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Its usability for all demographics and job functions. We switched to Zoom from a similar product because the similar software would sometimes cause lag depending on the type of device the user has. Zoom offered consistent usability across all platforms. We also liked the ability to file share and add gifs to our messages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy it is to use from one device to another.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sharing sound when sharing a screen is very important. I wish this feature was a little more visible. The control for audio share is a little hard to see and many of my users would forget about it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a good product to integrate with inter-departmental chats as well as VOIP.

It is like an old friend, very familiar and works to get the job done.

Not a lot of customization and support can be spotty.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a go if you have multiple people needing to connect and collaborate and cost is a concern.
