Great product and easy to use

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
There is nothing that really differentiates Zoom from other similar products it is just a good product in its own right. I think whether you choose Zoom over other will be personal preference as well as cost and what product suite people are used to using.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very reliable product and it is very easy for people to join a meeting and collaborate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing that I really dislike about the product. It does exactly what it promotes it can do and does it very well and efficiently.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just be clear on exactly what is important to you with regards a tool like this and then compare to others on the market. Ensure the tool you use has the features which are of most importance to your business.

Great video conferencing app

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I haven't used too many other video conferencing, but zoom is very easy to use and offers lots of variety when on a video meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how you can pull in a screenshot or a presentation for your viewers to see.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The sales rep was a little pushy and kept calling after we made it clear we did not want a particular subscription.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good video conferencing app, especially since it's available on smartphones which makes it convenient.

notes function is not available in zoom which is there in teams

This is best app having some minor disadvantages of less functions .. But for connectivity best use.
