What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
the few features they added, the white board and the fact that you can set up a recording without choosing the AI powered alternatives
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
the whiteboard, and the recording for future reference, it has saved me alot of time when training a new product
What do you dislike most about this product?
the share option, if you put a zoom link online, anyone can access it and infiltrate as the host and has share options
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Work on a way we can set up zoom like a webinar so that anyone who is not a host cannot share the screen

Zoom is the conferencing product to beat!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I think they have the best quality and features, and that is what helped to make them the market leader in this space.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think the quality of the conferencing, particularly in regard to AV, is still the best in comparison to other products on market.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think there are other intrinsic features that competition may beat them out on, such as integrations with other business products, but that is a minor issue in my mind/opinion.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is great and worth the licensing!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom offers live transcription as well as post meeting transcriptions, audio recordings, integrations, and it is a trusted service people feel they can use and rely on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the ease of creating meetings and the live transcription in case I’m having difficulty understanding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That you need to have zoom downloaded to have the best experience and use all the features
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is overall great and trusted. You can rely on it to help you record meetings, scheduling meetings, and offer options to interact with while on a call. You can also blur your background for privacy. Maybe watch some videos on how to get familiar with it cause there’s a lot of information it could be overwhelming/ confusing.
