Video conferencing leader for a reason.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Brand recognition. It's like Kleenex. Whether you're using any video conferencing tool, saying it's a Zoom call you know what is happening.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's very intuitive to use and requires little to no training for my users. I don't have to explain how to use the features because they can easily figure it out. I don't have any troubleshooting either.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be easier to just use a single video conferencing tool, but with everyone's comfortability and knowledge of Zoom, it's expected that we have to offer it as an option.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Figure out if you can use a tool that fits in your software stack already (not using 365=Teams or Google Workspace=Meet) and if not Zoom is you best choice.

Presenter Control, organizational on-member flexibility of configuration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Presenter controls and ability to easily change backgrounds.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No real issues with the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is by far the best product available, we re-evaluated all products every year and nothing gives us the control and flexibility of Zoom.
