Easy to use but never innovating.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
There is nothing really that sets it far apart from similar products. I find that the video quality is better and that it works easily for outside attendees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the waiting room feature when hosting calls so that I am not caught off guard by participants joining early.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes attendees won't receive notifications that an invite has changed and try to log in to an old invite or address if I end up switching rooms with a colleague.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely use the app between mobile and desktop!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Ease of use - Zoom is known for its simple and intuitive user interface. It's easy for anyone to get started on Zoom, even if they aren't very tech-savvy. Quality video and audio - Zoom uses advanced compression algorithms to provide high quality video and audio during meetings. This helps conversations flow smoothly. Scalability - Zoom can support meetings with up to 100 participants by default, and more with certain setups. This makes it flexible for both small and large meetings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If I had to pick one favorite aspect of Zoom, it would probably be the ease of use. Zoom makes it incredibly simple for anyone to get set up quickly and start a meeting or join one. There's no complicated software to install - you can just go to the Zoom website, click to join a meeting, and you're in! The interface is also clean and intuitive, even for those who don't use video conferencing often. I appreciate that Zoom offers a frictionless experience for both meeting hosts and participants. Try the free plan first - Zoom offers a free basic plan that lets you host 40 minute meetings for up to 100 participants. This is great for testing Zoom out before committing to a paid plan. Understand your use cases - Consider what you'll use Zoom for - internal meetings, webinars, customer trainings etc. This will help choose the right paid plan if you need one.
