Reliability when using it for calls on different devices and specially when it is about quickly setting up connents and meetings within or outside of organization

Integration with different systems and devices. Plus is user friendly to use.

Sometimes is glitches and security and privacy concerns that were there earlier.

Great tool for large number of participants specially when people are from outside of your organizations as well.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It can be used with all browsers, it has multiple added features and it is very comfortable to use. Perfect for all types of meetings from 1:1 to large gathering.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use, fast set up, no need for added mess.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be better to have quicker meeting set up time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely take it, it makes all meetings super easy. You can record the meeting for later use and it is very easy to set up.
