What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom focuses on their strengths and provides a quality product. I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Almost everyone can use Zoom or at least figure it out on the fly. It is easy to learn and a great quality product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing negative comes to mind.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is a well rounded, quality product and has grown into an even better product since everyone had to depend on it during the pandemic.

Five Star Conferencing Tool for Organizations

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The ease of implementing it in business of any size and invite participants to join meetings anytime and from anywhere.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how Zoom have redefined the entire VOIP conference calls. It has a very intuitive UI/UX design adaptive to advanced virtual meetings with high quality audio and Video.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's chat feature is pretty basic and needs improvements like adding the ability to automatically save conversation even when I exit a meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To businesses of any size, I confidently recommend zoom for its popularity and advanced features in the entire virtual conference calls, online meetings, file sharing among others.
