What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is great for a business of one when you do large meetings or webinars. It's obviously really solid for everyday calls, but if you have the Google Suite, you might not be tempted to add another option to Google Meet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can share your screen and still see the faces of the people in the meeting. With Google Meet you cannot do that. It's not 100% smooth though, and you need to learn the ropes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't really dislike it. You need to learn how to work with sharing the screen and still seeing the people in large meetings. And if you're nervous, it's not dumb-proof.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're not a Google suite person and need videoconferencing tools, look no further. Zoom will do the job nicely.
