What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has a very user-friendly interface, making it easy for both beginners and experienced users to quickly start and join meetings. There are a lot of solid features that Zoom offers like screen sharing, chat, and recording. They are all very intuitive and accessible.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Virtual Backgrounds and Filters let me work from home but still keep a semi-professional setting to my meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Access chats or notes from a meeting that has concluded is not intuitive. Other services make it much easier to read back through the chats of the meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you use password-secured meetings to prevent data breaches and unwanted eyes and ears.
