Very good audio video call quality. Can add many participants in the meeting or training sessions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Can control the access of the participants and send messages directly to the particular participants.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I have been using Zoom for approximately eight years now and it has been the simplest platform for me compared to others we have evaluated. One of the best things about it is that it supports BYOD and consumes low bandwidth, which makes it easy to use on mobile devices as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fast screen sharing without lags keeps the customer grounded as we can work on their issues without making them bored.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not found a scenario where Zoom is not appropriate, and I highly recommend it
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my experience, Zoom has been the go-to method for communication, especially during the current work-from-home scenario in most companies.
