Just one of video conferencing platforms

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
There are many video conferencing platforms available, and Zoom is just one of them. Although Zoom became very popular during the covid-19 pandemic, I personally don't see any unique features and values in Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It works as expected. No problems during video conferencing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No unique features or enhancements.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your organization needs just a video conferencing platform, Zoom would work. You may compare with other similar products before purchasing.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom comes with AI Summary options where after every meeting we are getting a output of AI Summary and we are able to share with anyone.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
AI Summary the first which was implement by Zoom only , when we share the screen it was really a full flash screen share and reliable .
What do you dislike most about this product?
only 40 minutes allowed for one meeting, that was bad
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommeded to use this product.

A little disappointed

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Not much this is my issue with the product why would I use Zoom I can't tell you why..
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The messaging does work really well and it's easy to setup
What do you dislike most about this product?
The screen share element is very clunky and does not respond as well as other applications in this space.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider others as Zoom does not have it all.
