What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom provides a wide range of extra features which are must and required during online video conferencing events, we have more control over our meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love it's ease of access and user friendly UI. I can easily create meetings and even can invite other members to it easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I feels audio issues in meeting when multiple peoples are speaking at the same instance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to build a scalable business you should choose zoom, as wide range of advanced features available will help you alot in growing.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has all of the standard web conferencing features that these solutions offer and a lot more. It's simple, reliable, and innovative platform lets you meet across desktop, mobile and conference rooms. The biggest difference from the other similar products is that sets Zoom apart is its architecture that provides scalable and reliable video to all users around the world without any exception. The zoom platform is well known and can usually be updated rather quickly then other products when a meeting is about to start.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1- Real-time collaboration: Allows real-time document collaboration by different users on different parts of the same document. 2- Social Network Connectors and Authentication: As an alternative option when you need to log into a meeting with a personal ID, you can use social network credentials. 3- The ability to connect to other companies despite having different architecture. The install from Zoom works well and it is easy to use. We have had meetings with hundreds of attendees and the system kept up with the volume.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1- There is actually a time limit for one meeting. It is actually user friendly but there are too many control buttons and if you lose track, you will end up getting confused. 2- Muting Control and Screen Sharing Limitations There are certain challenges associated with using Zoom for e-learning. For instance, the leader can mute all participants, but participants can easily unmute themselves, which can disrupt the lesson if a student interrupts. Additionally, while screen sharing is possible, every participant can share their screen.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Anyone with a browser can use Zoom which makes it less clunky for people who are not very tech savvy

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use in terms of being able to send a link and join seamlessly

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are not as many features as their competitors in this space and I've had some very unreliable calls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall a very good product maybe consider others if you need more capabilities.
