What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The video clarity and the background effects differentiate Zoom from its competitors. Also, the switching between devices during an ongoing call is quite impressive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Screen sharing along with the system sound and audio of the speaker is something that I like very much about the software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inability to make anyone admin in the middle of a meeting is something that I dislike about the product.

Easy to use but technically not sound

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Basically it’s basic model is free and it allow users to first try their all the features with the limitations unlike others that charges from the beginning
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it’s interactive white board that we use during our client meetings
What do you dislike most about this product?
Most of the time we faced some technical issues like unable to connect to invites or having poor video quality
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Improve the infrastructure and improve video conferencing quality
