What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom provides an intuitive, easy-to-use video conferencing solution that has become ubiquitous in our company and with our partners. Everyone expects Zoom as an option for video conferencing and it is preferred by many users, both within our company and with outside partners.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is intuitive, easy-to-use, and ubiquitous.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes there are connection or compatibility issues, though these are often unrelated to the software itself and are usually user errors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Play around with the customization settings. If you are facilitating a meeting, practice using the features ahead of time without any attendees so you are confident in your ability to use Zoom.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
- We found Zoom to be a lifesaver during lockdown when it really come to the fore.. - The Audio, and Video quality is excellent with very little lag or latency. - Easy to engage with users and excellent for file sharing and has great whiteboard facilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
- This is a de facto unified communications and collaboration tool. It is so easy to use and to familiarise oneself with its numerous features and capabilities. - Its very simple and intuitive to use. - Integration and Implementation are extremely easy and straightforward to adopt and to instil. - The support from Zoom was also excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
- Sharing of desktop features could sometimes be troublesome and wasn't always as smooth as one would think possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Everyone should try Zoom and use it as it is an excellent tool.
