What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom provides for more than just video meetings and conferencing. With Zoom, we have been able to streamline communication within our company also also with customers. Zoom Meetings is still the foundation, but we now heavily utilize Team Chat, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Contact Center so that our users are only having to work with a single communication interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We like Zoom's flexibility and how we can tailor the tools to meet our needs for our different teams and departments. Zoom allows for bringing in external users, so we can still use the tool when we have teams that include consultants or other third parties. Something else to mention is that Zoom is constantly innovating and adding features to all the products. Including features that we requested.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I feel that Zoom could have much better reporting capabilities. While they do provide an API that can be used to gather all data associated with the Zoom apps, I really don't like having to assign engineering resources to gather data. I would prefer to be able to do this from within the client or management console. Zoom does provide some reports and a dashboard to review data, but the ability to customize from their interface is limited.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Work closely with the Zoom sales team. They are very responsive and helpful and tailoring the contract to your needs. Do not ignore Zoom's Team Chat. While it is a free product, it is a powerful tool that can significantly enhance communication amongst your employees and contractors.

You all can use zoom for meeting/training/seminar or any kind of group discussion. It is the best Remote App for communication.
