What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom and Microsoft Teams are direct competitors. MS Teams is preferred by many as it allows easy integration with Microsoft suite of products like Office 365, SharePoint, etc. But Zoom is exceptional in terms of video and audio conferencing and hence, enhancing collaborative tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
High-quality features- using its full-featured mobile and desktop app, one can quickly send a chat, place a call, and collaborate on a virtual whiteboard.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can do better by allowing better integration with Microsoft Suite especially Office 365.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If someone is looking for Microsoft integration maybe Teams is a better call. But, Zoom has exceptional collaborating and file-sharing services.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is easy to use and simple to launch on different devices, Support communication via video/ microphone and chat Allows to share screen and even to draw on customer screen, this allow to have effective communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What it has a huge option of integration with different platforms
What do you dislike most about this product?
Screen sharing. Our team use AutoCAD and screen share it during our calls with customers, we noticed a huge lagging on that, due to this sometimes we need to slow down the presentation to ensure that customer will see al steps
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tools will be huge part of your ecosystems, make sure that it is compatible with products you already have and evaluate how much time it will take for you to set up all integration
