What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The minimalistic design and the ease of sending a link to anyone, regardless of whether they have an account.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The breakout rooms in Zoom are a lifesaver for larger meetings or workshops. It replicates the feel of an in-person meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The one drawback is the occasional instability in video quality. While it usually works flawlessly, there are times when the video resolution drops.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For teams looking for a user-friendly video conferencing tool, Zoom is a winner!

It just seems more advanced and innovative and less clunky than other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease to use, easy to connect using a link and the background changer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
All the updates when i am about to start a meeting!

It's great product if you need video conferencing, that has the ability to record.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is used widely around the world. The UI is intuitive and the quality of the A/V is always of near studio quality. It is easy to organize and manage meetings on zoom. The breakout rooms feature is a bonus.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The reliability and the minimal demands of the application make it stand out. It works and performs well even with limited bandwidth.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is quite common for users to sabotage meetings on zoom especially if there is a public meeting link that has been shared widely. It is slightly challenging to get rid of such elements.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom, especially the Zoom One Pro product is good value for money proposition. The experience of using it is enjoyable and you tend to miss it when you no longer have access to it.
