My favorite aspect of Zoom is its remarkable ease of use, which has democratized access to video conferencing technology for a wide array of users across the globe. This accessibility is pivotal in connecting individuals for work, education, and social interactions, making it an invaluable tool in today's increasingly digital and remote world.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A notable concern with Zoom, particularly heightened at the peak of its rapid adoption, has been around security and privacy issues, such as "Zoombombing," where uninvited guests could disrupt meetings. While Zoom has made significant strides in enhancing its security features and protocols, the initial impact and ongoing vigilance required to ensure secure meetings can be a point of discomfort for some users. This aspect underscores the importance of users needing to stay informed about and actively manage the security settings of their meetings to safeguard their virtual spaces.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Familiarize Yourself with Security Settings: Before hosting meetings, take time to understand and configure Zoom's security features. Use passwords for meetings, enable waiting rooms to control attendee access, and familiarize yourself with how to manage participants (e.g., removing disruptive attendees) to enhance the security of your meetings. Test Your Setup: Before an important meeting, do a test run to check your audio and video quality, internet connectivity, and familiarity with Zoom's features. This ensures you can manage the meeting smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom's artificial intelligence (AI) features sets it apart from any other video conference tool, I have trialled or used. The AI features present on Zoom helps me collaborate and connect better with my workmates. With this tool, I am able to better process my Zoom recordings intelligently through smart chaptering , video highlights and summaries.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quality of video is reliable and steady, even in low network conditions. It's simple to join meetings , tweak meeting settings, start video calls , initiate video meetings , transcribe conversations during calls and even record my video calls for future references.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As far as my experience goes, there is nothing wrong with Zoom. Everything runs smoothly from audio communication, screen-sharing to video communication.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We migrated from Bluejeans to Zoom last year because Bluejeans was no longer operational. As far as I know, we have had no regrets migrating to Zoom.

It's the gold standard of online video chatting and team working.
