What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom's set of collaborative functional tools is what sets it apart from similar products. From group messaging , breakout rooms , screen-sharing to its whiteboarding capabilities, Zoom makes group based communication and collaboration easy and possible.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is the host control feature for me. It gives me complete control of video conference meetings that I host. I can select a co-host, mute participants, manage screen sharing permissions and the list goes on.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my personal experience, I haven't had a major dis-satisfactory experience on Zoom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom makes all aspects of conducting or joining a video conference meeting to be easy and efficient. In a way, that is currently unmatched by any other video meeting software I have used.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Easy to schedule a video conference with 100+ users . The screen sharing and screen recording features are easy to use and improves the overall experience
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The waiting room feature allows to verify the users before allowing them into the meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Should offer better integration with google calendar.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended if privacy and security is a high priority while setting up video conferences.
