What I dislike most about Zoom is its limited advanced meeting analytics. While Zoom provides basic usage reports, it lacks detailed insights into participant engagement and meeting effectiveness, which could help users better understand and improve their virtual meetings. Enhanced analytics would be a valuable addition for organizations looking to optimize their remote collaboration and training sessions. Currently this limitation can be tackled by using addons such as read-ai!

Zooms architecture provides reliable video across desktop, mobile and conference rooms Zoom also provides an advanced sharing and presentation features. With features such as screen sharing, pools, and waiting rooms. Also they have a cloud phone system with SMS call recording h and call delegations
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Host management tool
What do you dislike most about this product?
Performance issue where the app takes too long to load and may sometimes glitch die to internet connection issues. User experience issues. The share button is coloured green making it easy for a user to accidentally share the screen and in some instances you need to click twice to end the meeting
