A simple product that delivers on what is expected

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
To me, what differentiates zoom from other similar products is the degree of applications the program is able to work with. Other similar products are more limited to working with certain operating systems like Microsoft or Linux based systems. Zoom works with everything.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of the product is that it is not restrained by having to be compatible with a particular operating system. The program is very open source
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike about the product is that it is very similar to other products on the market. It doesn't offer a lot of unique or specialized features that you cannot find on other programs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a product that everyone can use for their conference calls with third parties or internal communications.

Breakout rooms and features are amazing, Helps creating a full blown in person meeting phenomena
What do you dislike most about this product?
Costing, and end to end security is priority.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall does the job, with all basic and needed features. No brainer, when it comes to free usage. As you bring in more features, can go for premium mode.
