What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
For me, it is reliability. Call quality on Zoom is always stable. Zoom has low latency and high frame rates , letting me have the best of video meeting experiences regardless of the number of participants present in the meeting. This popularity of Zoom among professionals globally is testament to the reliability of Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom maintains a uniform and tidy user interface across its mobile app and desktop platforms. This contributes towards an efficient experience for me whenever I am hosting or joining a video conference call. In all of my years of using Zoom, I have not encountered any trouble whether I am on the mobile app version or desktop version or web browser version since the interfaces are basically the same for the most part.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only situation where-in I encountered any problems using Zoom was four years ago, during the Covid-19 lockdowns when spammers would access our meetings without authorization. Interestingly, that didn't only happen at my workplace but also happened to Zoom users across the world.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For individual or company-wide video conferencing needs, it is my belief that Zoom is the software program to depend on.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Not much stands out to me. Leading solution however.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use is great. When a feature works it works well and as you would expect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that whenever someone screen shares it ends up presenting the presentation as a blank white screen and ends up freezing up on me. Can be frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give a go but first make sure it works well on the machines largely used by your company.

Zoom have ai companion which helps in automating task of summarizing meetings and suggest meeting times as well.

Zoom have tools which works for meeting scheduling and make easier video confrencing with noise cancellation feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom plan should have variety in buying for small and big businesses.

Zoom have feature to customize our user experience and zoom have better sound of video calls.
