What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Other products are not that straightforward compared to Zoom, and during COVID, everyone knew how to use Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Call recording and the user-friendly interface of the application are the best things in Zoom.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Zoom application needs access to record the entire screen in iOS, which seems a little weird in terms of privacy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Useful application for video conferencing and screen recording and must have if you are working remotely.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is quite easy to set up and use. The navigation is straightforward and joining from remote locations is easy with just a few clicks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best features that I like the most about Zoom are: Its ability to get connected with just a few clicks, like the setup is quite easy. We can use it on the web also without the need to download it. It provides customization features such as a virtual background and video filters. The screen-sharing option is very useful in discussing the topic along with the presentation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing to dislike as of now. However, sometimes, some lags come when we try to give control of the screen to other team members.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am fully satisfied with the use cases of Zoom, Hence I would highly recommend people to try at least the free version to get an initial idea about the features that Zoom provides.
